Miki Lumnitz, Director of Product & Industry Strategy, ENOVIA SmarTeam
Miki is well-versed in PLM, with more than 10 years experience in PLM – from being a customer to managing the PLM group in implementing a wide scope, end-to-end PLM, for more than 3500 users.
Miki has lectured at conferences and exhibitions worldwide, and has given Webinars and lectures to analysts and the media. He has an MBA in Business Management, Information Systems Analyst, and a BA in Logistics and Economics.

Dr. Oleg Shilovitsky, Chief Technical Officer, ENOVIA SmarTeam
Oleg joined ENOVIA SmarTeam in 1998. Over the years, he’s held a range of strategic positions within the company’s R&D group.
Oleg brings to his blog a broad and deep understanding of engineering, enterprise platforms, emerging infrastructure and application technologies, and customer needs.
“Before joining ENOVIA SmarTeam, I led development teams in CRM and data management at DSSI, a software provider” says Oleg. “Previously, at several companies in the CAD and PDM domains, I held key roles in product and application development, and managed customer implementations.”
Dr. Shilovitsky holds a Ph.D in CAD Systems and an MSc. in Computer Systems for Industries, both from the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute.
Jos Voskuil, Management Consultant, TacIT
Jos is a self-employed management consultant at TacIT (including consulting for ENOVIA SmarTeam) and was Director of Solutions, Methodology and Training at ENOVIA SmarTeam.
“I am always looking for new frontiers in my work, leading and initiating changes within companies or guiding customers during their data management change processes,“ says Jos. “I’m a change manager and a consultant experienced in listening, analyzing, explaining and leading new directions to go.”
Jos brings to his blog vast knowledge and experience in the major industries where PLM is targeted - Aerospace, Automotive, Fabrication and Assembly, Electrical and Electronics, Power & Process, Medical Devices and more. Jos holds master degrees in physics and mathematics from universities in the Netherlands.
His communication skills allow him to create a bridge between customers and software development or implementation teams, having experienced both sides.
